  4. 製程:壓力鑄造成型,其係將金屬原料,先行熱熔為均勻熔融,再利用適當的速度及壓力,將熔融金屬快速充填入模具內,經加壓冷卻固化後,以適當頂出方式取出塑膠成品
  5. 後加工:研磨、噴砂、鑽孔、攻牙、氣挫、CNC銑床、CNC車床、粉體烤漆、液體烤漆、ED電著、皮膜處理、網板印刷、上膠等

  1.   3. Features and inspection: There are many materials like aluminium, zinc and magnesium alloy and very different features. The required properties can be selected according to different demands, for example: good strength, corrosion resistance, feasibility, electric conductivity, thermal conductivity, deformability, heat resistance, environmental protection and no low temperature.
    And according to different demands, the inspection includes: 3D dimension measurement, tensile strength test, elongation test, impact strength test vibration test, hardness test, salt spray test, wind tunnel test, etc
  4. Process: Die casting molding is to first perform even hot melting for metal raw material, then rapidly fill the molten metal in the die at proper speed and pressure, and take out plastic finished product with proper ejection method after pressure cooling and solidification.
  5. Post processing: grinding, sand blasting, drilling, tapping, pneumatic filing, CNC milling machine, CNC lathe, powder baking varnish, liquid baking varnish, ED electroforming, skin diaphragm processing, screen plate printing, cementing, etc.
